Can you use metoclopramide and chlorpromazine or prochlorperazine together? In my formulary it is not recommended but I don't know what to do with those parvo puppies on Reglan CRI that continue to vomit. ANSWER
I do not use both agents together. In my experience some parvo cases will not resolve vomiting with any antiemetic you use.
